S9E5: We met Tinkerbell! Ft the grind of a nun (7-17-23)

 Howdy Hay helpful humans!

Ahola, all my awesome aardvarks! 

TINKERBELL 

We met the lady who is Tinkerbell! Her dad animated peter pan and made Tinkerbell after her. She looks so much like her! 

Tinkerbell has huge paintings she did everywhere. It was so inspiring. I love feeling like I am in a museum. I want to be like her so bad. She is struggling with the passing of some very close family members. Her family was there and cleaning the whole house and we helped and said a prayer. She is sad and went to be by herself in her room blasting Abba cds. 

I can see myself being old and going to my room and blasting one direction. It's something that needs to be done. Sadness needs to be face. Death is death. You can have all this talent and money but youth passes and people get hurt. The only thing that matters is your relationship with people, especially God. 

BROTHER SNYDER 

Brother Snyder sticking his tongue out us. We were late to church a while back. Turned around and Brother Snyder was sticking his tongue out at us while his wife is jabbing his ribs. 

Walking around on the forth and we get a text that says "I see you" 😯

and this car slows and it is Brother Snyder with his tongue out. 

Last Monday we were waiting at a red light and the person next to us rolls down their window and it's Brother Snyder again. 

This Sunday the perfect situation played out. The Snyder family came and sat in front of us. Family when church ends we just sat there and the minute he turned around we got him.  

We will see how this war plays out. 

THE GRIND OF A NUN IS REAL 

Jaden dropped us. Sad. But it was time because he hadn't gone to church. He texted us that he wants to be baptized but ours is too much commitment (add that he thought Sis Giordano was cool and I was cute). Bruh. It was actually broke my heart a little. You really do become friends with these people. 

Kara! She worked so hard that she could make it to our first lesson. It was so cool and it really clicked that we would need a prophet. She said she would read the Book of mormon and we are meeting next week 😊

POOPING HABITS 

"You're a poopy butt face– oh wait you're not because you only poop every 5 days"- Sister [undisclosed] 

I learned this week that most people poop everyday and that 1-3 days is healthy. Good to know, good to know. 

Okay! I really really really love my mission. Anytime I think of it ending it's scary. I am so grateful that everyday I get to met so many wonderful people that I otherwise would not be able to met. I love these people and I love my Savior.
